Chuck Chuck Yuva, CPA
Partner

Chuck Yuva has been in practice in the Eugene area for over thirty-five years.  His practice involves individual and small business taxation, as well as general accounting.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University at Chico. He is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).

Chuck is well versed in all aspects of general business consulting and tax compliance for individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, and both S and C corporations. He advises business owners in the areas of retirement, succession planning, financing, tax compliance, and long term planning. Chuck also provides tax and strategic planning to start-up companies, rapidly expanding companies, and mature companies. His primary experiences have been with high net worth individuals and closely held companies in the construction, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and service industries.


KerryKerry Rasmusson, CPA

Kerry Rasmusson has been in practice for over twenty years. Kerry provides a wide variety of services including taxation, consulting, audit, review, compilation, and accounting to a diverse group of clients. She has specialized experience in working with retail, manufacturing, construction, professional service, healthcare, insurance and not-for profit clients. She advises business owners and individuals in the areas of tax compliance, business consulting, accounting and internal controls, financing, retirement, and succession planning.

She graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Economics. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).

Kerry has also been actively involved in the community. Currently, she is a member of the Eugene Rotary Club and Professional Women’s Forum and has served on their boards. She has also been on the boards of Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington, Girl Scouts of Western Rivers Council, Eugene Hearing and Speech Center, Alternative Work Concepts and was an advocate at Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).

Rhonda Osterman has been in practice for over thirty years. Rhonda provides consulting, auditing, and accounting services for individuals and business in a variety of industry settings.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).

Rhonda is experienced in all aspects of financial reporting, including services for not-for-profit entities. She counsels individuals and businesses in the areas of succession planning, financing, taxation, and management consulting.
